Return & Refund Policy (Pillows & Mattress Covers)

Return Window:

Returns are accepted within 7–10 days of delivery.

Eligibility:

  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
  • Products showing stains, damage, or signs of use are not eligible for return
  • Mattress covers and pillows must be returned with all tags intact

Non-Returnable Cases:

  • Used or washed items
  • Items damaged due to improper handling by customer
  • Products returned after the return window

Refund Process:

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, refund will be initiated
  • Refund will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval

Exchange (if applicable):

  • Exchange allowed only for defective or damaged products reported within 48 hours of delivery

Important Notes:

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or wrong item received
  • Reverse pickup (if offered) depends on serviceability of location
